Miðbakki – Old harbour / city centre
Please wait inside or near the agreed meeting point until you see your driver with your name sign.

Please note, due to high demand we ask you to book in timely, but with that said we of course accept bookings  up to the last minute.  In order to secure your transfer in a timely manner please book the service in advance.

We understand that delays can happen, and we accommodate them when possible. Our driver will wait for up to 30 minutes from the prearranged pickup time. For example, if your pickup time is scheduled for 09:00, our driver will wait until 09:30. If you do not arrive within this timeframe, a no-show status will be applied to the transfer.

Upon arrival at the Cruise Terminal, please look for your driver who will be holding a sign with your name.

The type of vehicle provided will be based on the size of your group and our current vehicle availability, ranging from sedans to vans

No cancellation fee will be charged if a booking is canceled more than 12 hours in advance.

For cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

For noshows a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Should we need to cancel the transfer service due to weather conditions or any other unforeseen events, you will receive a full 100% refund from us.
